Collision and Repair Process

When dealing with damages to your vehicle, Frank & Bill's Auto Collision Center is your assurance in receiving the proper care to get safely back on the road. Here is what can you expect from us!

After an Accident:

Step 1: Call for an Estimate

We recommend that you call for an appointment for your estimate to ensure that we have someone available to assess the damages to your vehicle. If your vehicle is unsafe to drive, you can certainly have your car towed to our location. We can assist in coordinating towing services if needed.

Step 2: Damage Assessment

At your appointment, one of our estimators will assess the damages to your vehicle. After your estimate is written, we will provide you with a copy and review the repairs that need to be completed and answer any of your questions. Then we will schedule your vehicle for repairs and order any parts needed based on the estimate.

Step 3: Repair and Paint

Before beginning the repairs, the damaged area will be disassembled to look for any hidden damages that could not be seen during the initial damage assessment. If any additional damage is found, both the customer and the insurance company will be notified. Your vehicle is then repaired and painted with excellent craftsmanship by our I-CAR Certified Technicians.

Step 4: Assembly and Inspection

After the paint work is complete on your vehicle, it goes back to our body technicians for re-assembly. During this phase, any glasswork, wheel alignments, or final repairs are also completed.

Step 5: Good to go!

After our technicians have completed your repairs each vehicle is cleaned and put through a final inspection.

Step 6: Delivery

When your vehicle is ready for delivery you will receive a call from our office.
