Estimate
Before you stop by, call ahead to schedule an estimate. This allows us to provide you with the best customer service experience possible. If your vehicle is immobile or unsafe to drive, let us know! We will assist you in contacting a local towing service.
Damage Assessment
During your appointment, we will assess the damages to your vehicle, and provide you with a written estimate, a review of any repairs needed, and our experienced team will be able to answer any questions you may have. After your estimate, we will schedule your repair at your convenience, begin ordering any necessary parts, and start the process of bringing your vehicle back to pre-accident condition.
Repair
The first step in our process is disassembling the vehicle to ensure there aren’t any additional hidden damages resulting from your accident. If there are any additional repairs necessary, both you or your insurance company will be notified immediately.
Prep And Paint
Once we fix the damages on your vehicle, we apply fresh paint over the repaired areas. Thanks to the excellent craftsmanship of our I-CAR Certified Technicians, the fresh paint will have your vehicle looking even better than before!
Reassembly
After the paint process is completed, we bring your vehicle and all its newly repaired parts back to our Body Technicians for reassembly. During this phase, we also take care of any glasswork, decal application, wheel alignments, and all final touches.
Final Inspection
Once your vehicle repairs are complete, it undergoes a final inspection to ensure the quality of the repairs are up to Frank & Bill’s standards and to ensure your vehicle is ready to get back on the road.
Cleanup
Each vehicle is washed, vacuumed, and cleaned before it is returned to you. As of August 2020, every vehicle is also fully sanitized with our new Celette TriOxyclean machine, leaving it clean, safe, and germ-free.
Delivery
As soon as your vehicle is ready to be returned to you, you will receive a call from our office. Our team can help arrange a free shuttle ride to the shop or a time for you to pick up your keys.
